The short version

  • Purchases are for people aged 18 and over.
  • Coins are virtual game items: no cash value, no cash-out, ever.
  • Coins convert into vCFA one way only. No plot, house, permit or material can be bought with Coins.
  • Only paid Coins can be gifted, between friends who are both 18 or older, with limits and a waiting period.
  • Before paying, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose your right of withdrawal (EU and UK).

1.What Coins are

Coins are a virtual item you can buy with real money when purchases are open, then convert into vCFA or spend on game items. They are licensed to you for use in the game only. They are not currency, a deposit or an investment.

2.Adults only

You must be 18 or older to buy, with a full account. Our servers check this. Limits protect new accounts, and you can set your own (per day, week or month) or take a break.

3.No cash-out

vCFA and Coins can never be withdrawn, sold or converted into real money. Coins become vCFA, never the other way round. Trading game items for real money is forbidden and sanctioned.

4.No pay-to-own

No plot, house, building permit or material can be bought with Coins. Coins buy no ownership advantage and no power over other players.

5.Gifting Coins

Only paid Coins can be gifted, to a friend aged 18 or over, after a friendship waiting period and within daily and weekly limits. A gift is held for a few hours (longer after a first card purchase) and can be cancelled on a refund, a dispute or fraud. Free Coins cannot be gifted.

6.Immediate delivery and withdrawal

By paying, you ask for the contract to start and the Coins to be delivered immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the Coins are delivered. This notice is shown on the payment screen. See also the refund policy.

7.Refunds, disputes and debt

If a refund or a payment dispute happens after Coins were spent, your paid Coins balance can go negative. While it is, the store, gifting and conversion are locked, and your next purchases repay the debt first.
