Camer Vibes is a shared city. These rules say how to behave, what happens when they are broken and how to challenge a decision.

This text describes how Camer Vibes really works today, but it has not yet been checked by a lawyer. Details such as the company's legal name and address are still to be completed.

The short version

  • Be respectful: no harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or illegal content.
  • No scams, no cheating, no trading game items for real money.
  • Sanctions go up in steps: warning, mute, suspension, ban. Serious cases can go straight to a ban.
  • You can appeal any sanction by writing to [email protected].
  • Report from any message or player card.

1.Respect for everyone

Be respectful to everyone. You must not harass, threaten or intimidate anyone, or attack people because of their origin, tribe, language, region, religion, gender, sexuality or disability.

2.What is not allowed

Sexual content, content that exploits minors, glorifying violence or self-harm, anything illegal; impersonating staff or other players; scams and phishing; sharing phone numbers, links or payment requests in chat; cheating (bots, automation, exploits, modified clients, multiple accounts to farm rewards); attacking or overloading the service; false reports.

vCFA and Coins can never be traded for real money: do not sell, buy or give items, accounts, houses or land for money, Mobile Money or airtime. See the Coins terms.

3.The sanctions ladder

1. Warning: a message that explains the rule you broke.

2. Mute: you cannot write in chats for a limited time.

3. Suspension: access to the game is cut for a limited time.

4. Ban: the account is closed; the vCFA, Coins and items on it are lost.

We weigh how serious it is, whether it repeats and the intent. Fraud, real-money trading, threats and child safety can lead to an immediate ban. Automatic message filters can also apply short restrictions.

4.Appeals

If you think a sanction is unfair, write to [email protected] with your username and what happened. A person other than the one who decided reviews the case and answers you. A sanction can be lifted, reduced or confirmed.

5.Reporting

From any message or player card, use Report or Block. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. Do not abuse reports.

6.Your safety

Police and detective careers are game roles, not real authority. If someone is in danger in real life, call the emergency services of your country: the game cannot.
