The short version

  • To report a player, use Report in the game.
  • If someone is in danger in real life, call the emergency services of your country.

1.Support

Write to [email protected]. To go faster, give your username, what happened and, for a purchase, the payment reference. Never send us your password or a confirmation code: we will never ask for them.

2.Privacy and data

To access, correct, export or delete your data, first use Settings > Account (self-service export and deletion), or write to us. See the privacy policy.

3.Reports and appeals

To report a player, use Report from a message or a player card. To challenge a sanction, write to us. See the community rules.
